My hairdresser is the best, and her mom was my best friend till she died of cancer. But, I have always tipped all my hairdressers at least 25%, unless it was, bad, real bad. I have thick, very curly hair and these poor woman have to work so hard to blow it straight...they deserve it! Especially if they do a good enough job not to have to use a straight iron!!

Great post! I do almost all those things, but I have to admit that sometimes I have a few wet strands from taking a shower and I'll go through them with a flat iron - oops!
